Lance Armstrong used performance enhancing supplements to win the Tour de France, all seven times. Armstrong stated "There comes a point in every man's life when he has to say, 'Enough is enough.' For me, that time is now." He refuses to answer any more questions on this subject.
Armstrong's manager, Johan Bruyneel, has yet to comment or defend his client.
